Before you land
Share your arrival date, flight number and expected arrival time with the hotel. Advance notice helps us coordinate the vehicle; if your plans change, contact us with your updated details.
After landing at HKT
Collect your luggage and contact the hotel to confirm the meeting point for your terminal. Domestic and international arrivals use different areas, so follow the meeting instructions from our team instead of going to an assumed gate.
When your flight is delayed
Tell us your revised arrival time when you can. The transfer service runs around the clock; the team will coordinate the pick-up based on your flight and vehicle availability.
Your return to the airport
Let reception know your flight time and departure terminal. Agree a pick-up time with the team that allows for check-in, baggage and airport procedures. Travel time depends on the route and traffic.

Is airport transfer included?
Yes. Airport pick-up and drop-off between BS Airport at Phuket and Phuket International Airport are free for hotel guests, 24 hours a day.
Does a midnight transfer mean I can check in early for free?
No. Airport transfer and room availability are separate. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. For an arrival after midnight, confirm the correct booking night with the hotel.
Can I use this service for other Phuket destinations?
The complimentary service is for the airport–hotel journey. Ask the team about other destinations and any applicable charges.
